Welcome. Thank you for visiting Inspired Service. I am Jon and I will be taking care of you. If you need anything please do not hesitate to ask. That intro has made me a lot of money over the years.
There is a story I’d like to share with you why I say exactly that.

I was doing my side work after an insane rush. The service well was slow as hell and the kitchen didn’t move any faster. I was about to get cut and I heard those dreaded words from the hostess. “Don’t be mad at me but you just got sat.” “F*&K!!!
I was almost out. I could just go through the motions or go for it, everyone deserves a great night out. So, I decided to be nice and just hit the steps of service. I get through the intros and I was walking back and overheard them fighting. This was their only night out in the last 2 months. And apparently the look on my face when I approached them didn’t inspire much confidence in the experience they were about to have. He worked all the time on the road and she had a harder job, raising her kids alone.
They were fighting because of me. I had this flashback of when I was growing up and my parents were in a similar scenario. They never saw each other and they only had a few nights out together a year. I couldn’t of felt anymore like a piece of crap than I did in that moment. I remembered a lesson I learned earlier from a similar experience, your impact lasts long after the interaction.
I had to fix this. I messed it up and I needed to make it right. I apologized to them and spent the rest of the night creating a memorable evening for them.
The service was over and they signed the check. He thanked me and went out to get the car. As she was leaving she came up to me and gave me a big hug and said thank you. She told me how much it meant to them to have a great night out and how I had helped them do so. I felt like I had saved the world or something.
I made a decision that night that I wasn’t ever going to shit serve anyone again. So I came up with an intro that forced me to provide the best service at all times. I am a man of my word after all.

I created this company in the hopes I can make an impact on you the same way I had on my guests.
I love to help people see the most in themselves and then help them develop it. I just happen to be good at doing that with customer service professionals. You have to be a little crazy to be good at serving people. You have to care and not care at the same time. You have to put yourself first to serve others the best. You have to rush slowly. You have to love the people who treat you the worst.
I developed a teaching method and style that caters to the pace and mentality of a fast paced high stress environment. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you so you can make more money, take better care of your guests and make your change your life at the same time.
